Karubi Set

It consists of a selection of:
  • rib meat with bone
  • rib meat
  • cattle's diaphragm
  • pork belly
  • cattle's tongue
You cook these on the grill at your table.

Korean Style Cold Noodle

Soup made using cattle's tail bone (takes 3 days to prepare) with noodles (freshly made at the Korean House factory).

Topped with chicken, cucumber, apple, seaweed and kimuchi. With an egg and a sprinkling of sesame seed.

Pork Belly

Ishiyaki Pibinba

Very hot stone bowl containing assorted-cooked-vegetables, seasoned meat, rice, sea weed, and kimuchi. Accompanied with a bowl of soup.

Grilling some meat at the table.
